TravelMan

TravelMan is the flagship travel agency accounting software from CompTech International Pvt. Ltd., established in 2065 BS (approx. 2008) and headquartered at Balaju Height, Kathmandu. Described as Nepal’s most widely deployed travel agency accounting system, TravelMan is deployed at 220+ travel agencies nationwide and has been designed specifically for Nepal’s travel industry — not adapted from foreign software. CompTech is an officially listed partner with Nepal’s Inland Revenue Department (IRD), validating TravelMan’s compliance architecture. Core features include air ticket billing, package tours, and hotel bookings all managed in one ledger; IRD-format VAT invoices with Annex-1 and Annex-2 auto-generation; commission and markup tracking per airline, agent, and route; multi-bank reconciliation with transaction matching; profit and loss reporting by segment, client, and product type; a full audit trail (every edit, void, and reprint logged and timestamped); multi-user access with role-based access control; and board-ready management reports in Crystal Reports format.
